We all use computer for a very long time. Most times we don’t even leave the desk, i am one of them. 🙂
This can cause serious health problems. All of us are aware of it and always wanted to do some workouts. But again, the same old answer, “i dont have time to leave my computer for a workout! ” I always say that. 😀
